Advanced Training Academy LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provide an array of technological solutions, including the Bidfire program, the Bidfire platform, and all associated infrastructure (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or utilizing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these provisions, you must immediately cease all use of the Services.

1. Eligibility

To access the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Data Privacy & Google API Disclosure

Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By utilizing our native integrations with Google Calendar and Google Tasks, you grant the Company permission to process the data necessary to deliver the requested functionalities.

The Company does not sell, lease, or distribute data obtained through Google APIs to third parties for purposes outside the direct provision of the Services.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are the exclusive property of Advanced Training Academy LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
